House Styles on Microsoft word (P5)

Introduction

We were tasked with improving a flawed design document, so that it had a house style, so as a result looked more professional.

Changes

Firstly I separated the title from the paragraph of text, made it bigger, bold and underlined it. I then made the title bigger and changed its font to size 24 Cambria ( Title). Then I finally changed the colour of the title to a dark blue so it looked different to the sub headings.


With the sub headings I also separated it from the text from the paragraph made it bigger and bold compared to the paragraph text. To make it look different to the title is used a different font  which was Arial (Heading 3) and coloured it light blue.

With the text I changed the font to Calibri size 12 as its easier to read for people with dyslexia.

With the paragraph, I separated it into five different paragraphs, so it looked neater and also each paragraph had a different topic to talk about, so I had to separate them. I also justified the paragraphs so it stayed consistency for the walls of text.
